At YARDSALE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
